At Luks Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help make returns as smooth as possible.
Return Policy
We offer a 2-day return window, meaning you have 2 days after receiving your parcel to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at support@luksbeauty.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for sending the parcel to:

Important:
Returns sent without approval or unannounced will not be accepted. The customer will bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@luksbeauty.com with photos or an unboxing video, and we’ll make it right.
Note: Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained for damage or missing item cases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend:

Returning the original item (after approval)

Placing a new order separately
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
